Platform Name: Being Tchitaka OS. Website: beingtchitakaos.com. Email: contact@beingtchitakaos.com. Parent Company: Flacron Enterprises LLC. Website: www.flacronenterprises.com. Email: contac@flacronenterprises.com. Business Address: 410 E 95th St, Brooklyn, NY 11212, United States. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Being Tchitaka OS, including the website beingtchitakaos.com, any mobile application, subscriptions, consultation bookings, digital products, marketplace purchases, and related services.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by law. Because Being Tchitaka OS may provide digital access, downloadable content, subscription features, consultation booking, and marketplace access, refunds are limited. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@beingtchitakaos.com and should include your full name, email used for purchase, order number or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for refund request.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. If approved, refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as a duplicate charge, technical billing error, or accidental charge reported quickly, or failure to access the service due to a platform issue caused by us. Refund requests for subscriptions should be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, users are responsible for canceling before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid being charged. Charges after a free trial or promotion may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
Consultation payments may be refundable only if the user cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, the consultation was canceled by Being Tchitaka OS, or a duplicate booking or payment error occurred. Consultations are generally non-refundable if the user misses the appointment, cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the consultation has already been completed, the user is late and the session cannot be extended, or the user is dissatisfied with advice or guidance after the session, unless required by law. Being Tchitaka OS may offer rescheduling at its discretion.
Digital products, including eBooks, templates, guides, downloads, courses, and other digital materials, are generally non-refundable once access is granted, downloaded, delivered, or viewed. Refunds may be considered only if the user was charged twice for the same product, the wrong product was delivered due to our error, the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement, or the purchase was unauthorized and verified.
If Being Tchitaka OS allows third-party sellers to list digital products, marketplace refunds may depend on the specific seller, product type, and circumstances. Being Tchitaka OS may review marketplace disputes but does not guarantee refunds for third-party seller products. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products and fulfilling digital delivery. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.
If a purchase is made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted directly through Apple or Google. Being Tchitaka OS may not be able to issue direct refunds for purchases controlled by Apple, Google, or another third-party app store. Users should review the applicable app store refund process.
Users should contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of access to paid features, or termination of services.
If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, app store, or third-party processor. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear.
The following are generally non-refundable: completed consultations, missed consultation appointments, used subscription periods, downloaded digital products, marketplace digital products after delivery, promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law, fees charged by third-party processors, and services already delivered.
Canceling your account or subscription does not automatically create a refund. Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal dates.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website or app with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Being Tchitaka OS after changes means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
